30-day returns

If you don't love your TravelShavers product, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The shaver should be in working condition. You don't need to return the original packaging.

How to return

Email returns@travelshavers.shop with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day. Drop the package at any USPS location.

Refunds hit your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned shaver.

1-year warranty

Every TravelShavers product is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. If your shaver stops working through normal use within that window, email us a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original.

What's covered

  • Battery failure
  • Motor failure
  • Charging port issues
  • Foil head defects
  • Waterproof seal failure (within IPX7 spec)

What's not covered

  • Drops onto hard surfaces resulting in cracked body
  • Water damage from submersion deeper than 1 meter or longer than 30 minutes (outside IPX7 spec)
  • Loss or theft
  • Wear and tear on cosmetic finishes

Beyond the warranty

If your shaver breaks after 1 year, email us anyway. We keep a small inventory of replacement parts and offer them at cost to existing customers.
