Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. International shipping (Canada, EU, UK) is coming in late 2026.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum.

Delivery time

Orders ship from our manufacturing partner in Shenzhen, China within 2 business days of order confirmation. From there, delivery takes 8–14 business days depending on your location. Most US orders arrive within 10 days.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email within 48 hours of your order. Carriers we use: DHL, YunExpress, and USPS for final-mile delivery in the US.

If your order hasn't arrived

If 14 business days have passed and your order hasn't been delivered, email help@travelshavers.shop with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either expedite a replacement or refund you in full.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect packages once they've shipped. If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we'll refund the product cost minus a $4 restocking fee.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
